The Watonga Street Department is responsible for a broad variety of functions that ensure the community is safe, clean and well maintained year after year. While the department’s staff maintains city streets, alleys and signage, the duties extend far beyond that. The department does demolition of condemned properties, snow removal and mowing along streets and right of ways.

Questions for the Floodplain Manager should also be directed to 580-623-4669.

The Transfer Station is open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The first ton is free with a paid, stamped Light and Water bill in your name.
